U.S. Shipping Information: (See below for Non-US Shipping rates & info)

All shipping costs are determined by USPS. Our shopping cart connects directly to the USPS website and determines the exact shipping cost based on weight in "real-time calculation". Most shipments start in the $3.00 range, depending on your location in the US.

The Zippo Connection makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped via USPS within 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive your order. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for orders placed over the weekend. We may ship from multiple locations in the U.S. If your order arrives in separate shipments, please do not be concerned. To save you money, we calculate shipping charges as if your order shipped all together. We will notify you immediately if any item cannot be shipped within 7 days, which at that time you will be given the option to cancel your order.

Shipping Information for Non-US Customers:

The Zippo Connection will ship to most countries overseas. The bulk of our Non-US shipments include, but are not limited to, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Japan, Germany, and France. If you do not see your country listed in the drop-down menu on our order form, this probably means that we will not ship to your country, however, you are welcome to e-mail us and request that we do. But please be aware that we reserve the right to deny such requests. In that case, you will be requested to mail us a international money order or cashiers / bank check for us to process your order.

International Shipping Rates (including Canada) generally start at US $5.00 for Airmail, and US $9.00 for Global Priority. Additional shipping fees may be necessary depending on total package weight. In this case, the customer will be notified of the additional cost should it exceed more than $5.00 extra.

To keep the cost down on Airmail shipments, we will ship your order (depending on the item and size) in a sturdy padded envelope, with extra packing fill to ensure safety. Larger Airmail shipments and Global Priority shipments are generally shipped in corrugated boxes.

Please note that Non-US customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your package. Although we have no control over this, we usually try to help you out by fixing a lower cost (within reason!) on the customs label. This should help to reduce the duty fee (if one should apply). Also note that although we do make the effort to try and help our customers, this method is not guaranteed to work and therefore we cannot be held responsible if you are charged any duty fees.

Returns:

Any item may be returned within 30 days from the sale date.  Items which have been used, such as being filled with lighter fluid or having the orange warning seal removed cannot be returned.  Any item being returned must be in resaleable condition.  No item may be returned without prior authorization.  Please use our contact form if you need to return or exange an item.
